This FULL HOUSE RENOVATION with a second story ADDITION came together nicely with its OPEN CONCEPT main floor and different elevation addition in the back. Yes this renovation looks stunning but it came with many challenges structurally, like getting the addition to line up with the old house and taking down the old brick wall to create an open concept to the addition.

With the linear windows, polished concrete, new hardwood throughout, custom kitchen, custom bathrooms, skylights, new staircases and spectacular back feature wall made out of glass, we where able to renovate the home this family always dreamed about, on budget and on schedule.

This home was in desperate need of a renovation and with the addition in the back we where able to give this family a bigger kitchen, additional bedroom and functioning basement. In the design we tried to keep the traditional look with the staircase and hardwood finishes yet bring in the modern clean look of the stucco on the outside.

The exteriour of the house was falling apart and had many structural issues but once we cleaned it up and addressed the issues we installed a 2” foam with a stucco finish that also increased the R value. This house was also equipped with heated floors in the basement, spray foam throughout, new windows and a completely upgraded H-Vac system to keep it energy efficient. This MAPLE RENOVATION was a DESIGN dream and a GENERAL CONTRACTOR challenge. Designing this entrance and staircase as a main focal point just brought everything together. In the DESIGN we added a stunning SUNROOM attached to open concept kitchen dinning area. We also upgraded the bedrooms and custom bathrooms to accommodate all the families needs.

Installing unfinished engineered hardwood flooring throughout allowed us to sand and stain to match the stunning staircase. Subtle arches and crown moulding throughout the main floor added character to the design. We finished off this FULL HOUSE RENOVATION with new decking around the SUNROOM and landscape around the pool. The DESIGN thought on this FULL HOME RENOVATION was light and more light. Taking down the brick veneer and framing from the back of the home allowed us to install big windows and a door with a glass insert. The installation of a sky light at the entrance and a massive window at the front of the house just lights up this main floor.
