On this North York BASEMENT RENOVATION we had a list of items to address. Once we started the INTERIOR DEMOLITION my team found cracks in the foundation walls which led to waterproofing the entire foundation of the home. Collapsing fences needed to be reconstructed to finish off the outside. My team equipped this BASEMENT with 2 bedrooms, laundry room, full custom bathroom, family room, future kitchenette area, and lots of storage.
