This downtown BASEMENT RENOVATION was a big investment. DIRENZO GROUP started with underpining 2 feet to give them 8 feet ceiling hight, and a sub pump to extract the ground water. The installation RADIANT HEATING under the concrete keeps this couple nice and worm as concrete floors tend to be cold. DIRENZO GROUPS team managed to get a full custom bathroom, laundry room, family room, new staircase and lots of storage. Its difficult to see the potential in 600 square feet but DIRENZO GROUP can help bring that vision to a reality.
