Basement Renovation - Jenny Street

This BASEMENT RENOVATION was actually pretty straight forward except the instant hot water tank being in the family room. We started this project by installing the DRY-CORE SUBFLOOR and once we moved the hot water tank where it should be it was off to the races. Stunning open concept, clean lines, modern fire place, and custom bathroom give this BASEMENT all the character you could ask for.
