Full House Renovation - Rhodes Avenue

This home was in desperate need of a renovation and with the addition in the back we where able to give this family a bigger kitchen, additional bedroom and functioning basement. In the design we tried to keep the traditional look with the staircase and hardwood finishes yet bring in the modern clean look of the stucco on the outside.

The exteriour of the house was falling apart and had many structural issues but once we cleaned it up and addressed the issues we installed a 2” foam with a stucco finish that also increased the R value. This house was also equipped with heated floors in the basement, spray foam throughout, new windows and a completely upgraded H-Vac system to keep it energy efficient.
