Full House Renovation - Kokanee Court

This MAPLE RENOVATION was a DESIGN dream and a GENERAL CONTRACTOR challenge. Designing this entrance and staircase as a main focal point just brought everything together. In the DESIGN we added a stunning SUNROOM attached to open concept kitchen dinning area. We also upgraded the bedrooms and custom bathrooms to accommodate all the families needs.

Installing unfinished engineered hardwood flooring throughout allowed us to sand and stain to match the stunning staircase. Subtle arches and crown moulding throughout the main floor added character to the design. We finished off this FULL HOUSE RENOVATION with new decking around the SUNROOM and landscape around the pool.
